Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Muchaki website and the Muchaki AI CRM.
Using Muchaki
By creating an account or submitting a request through muchaki.com you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Do not use Muchaki to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, to store content you have no right to store, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Your data
You keep ownership of the customer data you put into Muchaki. We process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Trials and billing
Free trials are provided as-is for evaluation. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Muchaki available and reliable, but the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Muchaki at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.
